Inclusion Criteria

The patients aged between 18 to 35 years old.
-All participants must have a healthy status (ASA class I and II )
-Patients who have at least one impacted lower third molar without any inflammation or pathology that require both bone removal and tooth section.
-Patient who is able to return for follow-up on the scheduled date, 7 days after the surgery.

Exclusion Criteria

-Patient who is allergic to medications used in this study
-Patient during pregnancy or breastfeeding
-Patient with systemic disease contraindicated to magnesium.
-Patient with a psychiatric disorder
-Patient with drug abuse
-Patient with ongoing pain originated from mandibular third molar or orofacial region
-Patient who currently taking medication that effects post-operative pain or magnesium level
-Patient who is unable to write the record form
