-Patients who were diagnosed by a clinician with neurofibromatosis
-Age 18-80 years old
-Can cooperate with confocal microscopy and ocular examination
- Participants who have a corneal abrasion, ulcer, or active corneal infection
- Participants who have ocular abnormalities that interrupt contact lens wear
- Participants with previous corneal surgery
- Participants who are allergic to topical ocular anesthesia
