Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •\-Patients who were diagnosed by a clinician with neurofibromatosis
- •\-Age 18\-80 years old
- •\-Can cooperate with confocal microscopy and ocular examination
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Participants who have a corneal abrasion, ulcer, or active corneal infection
- •\- Participants who have ocular abnormalities that interrupt contact lens wear
- •\- Participants with previous corneal surgery
- •\- Participants who are allergic to topical ocular anesthesia
