Inclusion Criteria
second trimester pregnant women
pregnant women with no gross abnormality found in ultrasound
Exclusion Criteria
multigestational pregnancy
pregnant women with abnormality found in ultrasound pregnant women with contraindication to amniocentesis : threatened abortion
history of xylocaine or paracetamol allergy
skin infection on abdominal area
pregnant women with psychic problems
