Inclusion Criteria
weak to moderate gastrointestinal complaints that do not explicitly represent a manifest/chronic disease
Exclusion Criteria
• Known/diagnosed chronic or acute physical or mental illness
• ongoing pharmacological therapy or psychotherapy
• Acute antibiotic treatment or use of antibiotics in the month prior to the start of the study
• regular intake of probiotics and probiotically fermented foods
