Inclusion Criteria
Healthy female and male subjects, aged 18 to 30 years; Caucasian, BMI <30 kg/m2; nonsmokers; written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
Current participation in intervention study; active smokers; alcohol abuse; vitamin B12 deficiency/increased homocysteine level/hemoglobin deficiency; chronic diseases; pregnant and lactating women; blood donation in the last 3 months, known allergies or intolerances to any of the tested foods (dairy products)
