1- Uncontrolled Hypertension 2- Age below 18 and older than 60 3- Non-Obese patients (BMI< 35) 4- Heart block > Ist degree 5- Allergic to morphine, alpha-2 agonist 5- Clinically significant neurological, cardiovascular, renal hepatic disease 6- History of drug abuse or chronic opioid use
