Name Time Method To evaluate the onset and duration of sensory and motor block using dexmedetomidine (10mcgs) and fentanyl (25mcgs) as an adjuvant to 0.5% Bupivacaine in subarachoid block for lower abdominal surgeries.Timepoint: 18 months
