a.age group-15-25 years irrespective of gender
b.subject requiring bilateral first premolar extraction
c.patient should be in healthy systemic condition
d.no use of anti-inflammatory drugs in the 6 months preceding the beginning of study
e.healthy periodontal tissue with generalized probing depth less than 3mm
f.willing informed consent/assent
Not willing to give informed consent.
Ho anti-inflammatory drug administration in 6 months preceding the study.
Non compliant patient with inability to maintain oral hygiene.
Patient with systemic conditions affecting bone metabolism and implant placement.
Patient with history of prior orthodontic treatment.
