- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Aim of the study is the investigation of the fragment size of fractures of the coronoid process and the correlation with the clinical outcome after 6 weeks, 3 or 6 months.<br><br>Outcome: range of motion, pain (0-10 visual analog scale), subjective satisfaction with clinical result, stability (stable / instable). Additionally measurement of the fragment-size on the ct-scan at the time of injury.<br><br>end-point: clinical outcome at the last routine-checkup (6 weeks, 3 or 6 month, depending on the last appointment at the clinic)

Name Time Method Aim is the correlation of the fragment size of the fractures with complications occurred during treatment of this injury (non-union, infection, stiffness of the elbow, failure of the osteosynthesis, arthrosis)
