Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Aim of the study is the investigation of the fragment size of fractures of the coronoid process and the correlation with the clinical outcome after 6 weeks, 3 or 6 months.<br><br>Outcome: range of motion, pain (0-10 visual analog scale), subjective satisfaction with clinical result, stability (stable / instable). Additionally measurement of the fragment-size on the ct-scan at the time of injury.<br><br>end-point: clinical outcome at the last routine-checkup (6 weeks, 3 or 6 month, depending on the last appointment at the clinic)

Aim is the correlation of the fragment size of the fractures with complications occurred during treatment of this injury (non-union, infection, stiffness of the elbow, failure of the osteosynthesis, arthrosis)
