Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Compare the effect of Propofol and Ketofol on amplitude and latency of Transcranial Motor Evoked Potentials when these agents are used with Fentanyl for the maintenance of general anaesthesia in cerebellopontine angle tumour surgeriesTimepoint: Amplitude and latency to be recorded every 30 minutes for the first 3 hours of surgery followed by every hour till the end of surgery
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
1.Comparison of hemodynamic intraoperative parameters between the two anaesthetic regimens every 30 minutes for the first 2 hours then every hour till the end of surgery.

2.Complications like nausea vomiting, pain at injection site, nystagmus, agitation, hallucinations etc

Timepoint: 1. Every 30 minutes for the first 3 hours of surgery followed by hourly till the end of the surgery

2. After extubation of the patients which is usually 12 hours after surgery
