Inclusion Criteria
a) Patients ASA (American Society Of Anesthesiology) 1-3 status
b) Age 18-60 yrs
c) Patients undergoing upper gastro intestinal scopy procedures under general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
a) Patients refusal & uncooperative patients
b) Anticipated difficult airway
c) History of preoperative sore throat & asthma
d) Patients of known allergy to study drug e) Patient with upper respiratory tract infection
f) intubated patients
