Inclusion Criteria
Healthy young adults with above 18 to 25 years of age.
Adult with normal blood pressure ( <140/90 mmHg).
Participants willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
Any medication that alters BP, HR and autonomic regulation.
Any known metabolic or cardiovascular disease.
Smoking.
Hormonal contraceptives.
Obesity.

Name Time Method Pulse rate. <br/ ><br>Blood pressure. <br/ ><br>Mean pressure. <br/ ><br>Rate pressure product <br/ ><br>Timepoint: pulse rate was assessed at the end of valsalva maneuver and after every one minute during sustain hand grip and at the end of sustain hand grip <br/ ><br>same is applicable for blood pressure <br/ ><br>mean arterial pressure and rate pressure product was calculated from blood pressure and pulse rate <br/ ><br>
