1. Healthy, working-aged, volunteers between the ages of 20 and 40 year
2. BMI 18.5-25 kg/m2
3. All volunteers did not consume tea, coffee, chocolate, and alcohol for at least 12 hours before as well as during the trial.
1. Participants are undergoing treatment with any medication or consuming any herbal products that may have an impact on the nervous system function during the trial and within 3 months prior to the beginning of the trial, 2. Participants had a previous diagnosis or history of cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal disease, traumatic brain injury, nervous system or psychiatric disorders, or allergies, 3. Individuals have moderate severe anxiety or moderate severe depression or HADS more 11, 4. Participants are pregnant or breastfeeding before and during the trial, 5. Individuals smoked more 10 cigarettes per day as well as had difficulties refraining from smoking during the trial, 6. Participants consumed probiotics 3 months prior to and during the trial, 7. Participants consumed antibiotics in the 1 week prior to the trial,
8. Participants who exercised more than three times each week, 9. Do not follow the requirements of the study while attending the trial, 10. Participants reported positive auditory responses at sensible sound intensities of less than 16 dB
