1) Adults between the ages of 20 and 49 who are in good health
2) BMI greater than 23 kg/m2
3) someone who can exercise for 40 minutes
4) who does not take diabetic, hypertension, or dyslipidemia medications
1) Who participate in the weight loss program (loosing weight more than 5 percent in the last 1 month)
2) Anti-obesity medications, diuretics, and steroids
diabetes mellitus (diabetes mellitus)
4) A history of malignancy within the last five years (except for thyroid cancer)
5) Pregnant woman
6) BMI greater than 30 kg/m2
