Inclusion Criteria
ASA grade I & II.
Undergoing elective paediatric surgery requiring endotracheal intubation.
Parents or Caregivers willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
Children with airway related conditions such as trismus, limited mouth
opening, trauma or mass,anticipated difficult intubation.
Risk of gastric aspiration.
Children with upper respiratory tract infection.
If more than 3 attempts taken to intubate than exclude the particular patient.

Name Time Method To assess & compare the Safety Margin in cms(1-4 cms) in <br/ ><br>both study groups i.e. Air-Q versus I-Gel.Timepoint: After insertion of device.

Name Time Method To compare the intraoperative hemodynamic changes-Heart rate,SBP,DBP & MAP between both groups.Timepoint: Baseline. <br/ ><br>After induction of anaesthesia. <br/ ><br>Immediately after intubation. <br/ ><br>1 min after intubation. <br/ ><br>3 mins after intubation. <br/ ><br>5 mins after intubation. <br/ ><br>7 mins after intubation. <br/ ><br>10 mins after intubation. <br/ ><br>;To determine the difference in Fibreoptic Grade of view (Brimacombe score) in both study groups.Timepoint: After insertion of device.;To determine the difference in the mean Oropharyngeal leak pressure (OLP) at zero & 10 mins post insertion of SAD in both study groups.Timepoint: At zero & 10 mins post insertion.
