Inclusion Criteria
1. patient scheduled for elective surgery under subarachnoid block
2. patient of either gender aged 18-60 years
3. patient under ASA I / II/ III
4. patients with written and informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
1. patient under ASA GRADE III / IV / and V
2. patient allergic to study drugs.
3. non consenting patient.
