Inclusion Criteria
Adult chronic liver disease patients undergoing live donor liver transplant who will be extubated on postop day 1
Exclusion Criteria
Paediatric patients less than 18 years of age
Alcohol abstinence of less than 4 weeks
History of drug abuse
Mentally retarded
Acute liver failure patients
Presence of hepatic encephalopathy at the time of transplant
