Inclusion Criteria
1 Patients of ASA-1, 2 and 3
2 Patients scheduled for surgeries of oral cavity malignancy
Exclusion Criteria
1 Patients with known history of study drug allergy
2 Renal or hepatic impairment
3 Moderate to severe cardiovascular disease
4 Patients taking drugs for chronic pain

Name Time Method Post operative pain and rescue analgesicsTimepoint: All the parameters will be recorded post extubation , 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 2, 3, 4, 6, 12 and 2 hours post operatively
