1. Age between 45 and 60 years old
2. Being diagnosed as type 2 diabetes mellitus for at least 12 months
3. Hemoglobin A1c more than 8.5%
4. Being treated with oral diabetic drugs only
5. Sedentary and will not participate in any regular exercise program for at least 6 months.
6. Live in Khon Kaen Province, Thailand
7. Vessel state waveform less than level 5
1. Cardiovascular disease and hypertension
2. Vessel state wave form more than level 5
3. Abnormal resting EKG
4. Blood pressure more than 140/90 mmHg.
5. Orthopedic problems or bone fracture
6. Neuromuscular disorder
7. Liver and kidney disease
8. Chronic infections
9. Autonomic neuropathy
10.VO2,peak less than 10 ml/kg/min
