- living in Phrapleng community, Sa Keaw Province, Thailand
- age over 18 years old
- Stool culture positive for ESBL E. coli
- consent to participate in the research
- Immunocompromised host eg. AIDs, immunosuppressant users etc.
- consummation of active microbiota food eg. curd, yogurt etc. at the time of intervention carry (3 weeks)
- taking antibiotics that effect ESBL bacteria; Carbapenems, Beta-lactamase inhibitor and Aminoglycosides at the time of intervention carry (3 weeks)
