-Patients of both sexes, aged between 18-80 years.
-San Gabriel Clinic or San Pablo-Surco Clinic, inpatients or outpatients.
-Patients with chronic pulmonary disease (including Bronchiectasis, tuberculosis specific sequel, fibro-thorax, diffuse interstitial lung disease, COPD).
-Patients who have one or more of the following malnutrition or nutritional risk conditions:
oBMI<21 Kg/m2 or <23 Kg/m2 in patients ≥65 years old;
oInvoluntary weight loss >10% in past 6 months or >5% in last month;
oFFMI in women <15 Kg/m2, in men <16 Kg/m2.
-Patients who signed informed consent
-Patients unstable clinically.
-Patients requiring taking other nutritional supplements or parenteral nutrition.
-Patients diagnosed with active pulmonary tuberculosis.
-Patients who suffer acute respiratory failure.
-Patients with immuno-depression (including HIV, diabetes or Neoplasms).
