1. Aged 18 to 80 years;
2. According to sepsis 3.0 diagnostic criteria;
3. Sign informed consent.
1. The time of diagnosis of Sepsis is more than 48 hours;
2. Patients with liver or kidney dysfunction whose SOFA score of liver or kidney was more than 3;
3. The patient was expected to die within 48 hours, or sofa>=15 or APACHEII>=30, or refused active treatment;
4. Local anorectal diseases can not be treated by enema;
5. Patients with allergy to traditional Chinese medicine and allergic constitution;
6. Patients with malignant tumor, liver cirrhosis, chronic renal failure (uremic stage), hematological diseases, HIV and other serious basic diseases;
7. Patients who have been treated with hormone, immunosuppressant or organ transplantation in the past 6 months;
8. Those who participated in other clinical trials at the same time or within 30 days;
9. Pregnant and lactating women.
