Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •\- Sexe féminin
  • •\- Age compris entre 45 et 60 ans
  • •\- Femmes ménopausées avec une ménopause définie par l’absence de menstruations depuis au moins 12 mois, confirmée par un taux de LH \> 30 UI et une œstradiolémie \< 20 pg/ml
  • •\- Ancienneté de ménopause de moins de 10 ans

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- Ménopauses chimio\-induites ou chirurgicales (autre qu’une hystérectomie interannexielle)
  • •\- Traitement par œstrogènes et/ou progestatifs et/ou SERM (modulateurs sélectifs des récepteurs aux œstrogènes) et/ou phytoœstrogènes en cours ou interrompu depuis moins de trois mois
  • •\- Contre\-indications au THM et/ou au raloxifène
  • •\- Perturbations du système immuno\-inflammatoire
