Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients undergoing cardiac surgery from August first 2012 to July thirty\-first 2015 in seoul asan medical center
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)patients without perioperative serum creatinine test
- •2\)preoperative renal failure patients, patients who have history of nephroectomy or kidney transplantation or dialysis
- •3\)patients used preoperative inoptropes, mechanical assists
- •4\)Ejection fraction less than 40%
- •5\)patients who was considered inappropriate for study by researcher
- •6\)patients who have severe lung diseases, history of respiratory diseases, and lung surgery
- •7\)patients who have recents fever and history of infection
