Inclusion Criteria
Age 18-65 years, both genders, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grading, I-II, posted for the lower abdominal (below umbilicus)/pelvic and lower limb surgical procedures planned under subarachnoid block will be included in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
< 18 and >65 years, non-consenting as well as pregnant patients, patients with uncontrolled co-existing systemic or metabolic diseases, history of alcohol or substance abuse, known sensitivity to any of the LAAS or ketamine shall be excluded from the study.
