Inclusion Criteria
Patients aged 18-60 years who were scheduled for surgery under general anesthesia and duration of the surgery were about 1-3 hr.
ASA physical status 1 to 2
Consent to the research by signing an informed consent form
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who have URI symptoms
Patients with Asthma
History of allergy to ketamine
Patients with BMI>30 kg/m2
Patients who were predicted difficult intubation
Consent withheld or withdrawn
