Men and women aged 19-70 who have low evacuation frequency (2-4 days \ week) and general abdominal discomfort
Volunteers who have diagnosed diseases in the GIT or complications of surgeries resulting from these diseases; presence of hepatic or renal dysfunction; those who have used antibiotics in the last four weeks. Have used in the last four weeks drugs or vitamins or minerals or herbal foods or supplements to reduce digestive symptoms. Those who consumed food containing probiotics and prebiotics before and during the intervention. Volunteers consuming nutraceutical foods with anti-inflammatory activity
