入排标准
入选标准
- •1) Patients with TSH >10 mcIU/ml inspite of a Thyroxine dose more than 1.7 mcg/kg/day.
- •2)Those requiring a thyroxine dose more than 3mcg/kg body weight/day.
排除标准
- •1) Patients with critical Illness
- •2) Patients unwilling for the study.
- •3) Patients with known gastrointestinal malabsorptivedisrorders.
- •4)Patients with known structural, ischemic or rhythm disease of the heart.
- •5) Patients on medications known to decrease thyroxine absorption or hasten metabolism.
- •6) Patients accepting non-compliance to medications missing even one dose in last 6 weeks.
