Inclusion criteria (Group A)
Clinically diagnosed oral submucous fibrosis patients
Age: 20-60 years
Both males and females
Inclusion criteria (Group B)
Healthy volunteers
Age: 20-60years
Both males and females
(GROUP A AND B)
Patients with cleft lip and palate
Skeletal malocclusion leading to airway obstruction
Craniofacial syndromes
Growth abnormalities
Smoker’s
Patients with other oral lesions
Patients with metallic implants, pacemakers, claustrophobia
Patients with cochlear implant
BMI >30
Asthmatic patients
The patient had any surgery in last 8 weeks
Based on stop bang questionnaire samples will be excluded
Patients who are not willing for study
