- Healthy individual between 18 and 60 years of age
- Non-smoker or ex-smoker (>2 years)
- BMI 17-30 kg.m2

Exclusion Criteria

- History of respiratory diseases
- History of bleeding disorder
- Using anti-inflammatory and/or anticoagulant medication
