1.Adult patients over the age of 18 were selected, regardless of gender;
2.Preoperative diagnosis was confirmed as choledocholithiasis with abnormal liver function, and the indications of ERCP were clear;
3.Signed informed consent.
1.Combined with other diseases that can lead to abnormal liver function;
2.Gastrointestinal bleeding, perforation, pancreatitis and other complications occurred after ERCP;
3.woman who is pregnant or nursing;
4.Difficulty swallowing and eating, severe cardiopulmonary and renal insufficiency, unable to tolerate surgery;
5.Allergic to institute drugs.
