•1.In line with the diagnosis of western medicine and Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation standards;
•2.Aged 18 to 45 years;
•3.Junior high school education or above;
•4.The han nationality;
•5.Right-handed;
•6.Stable sexual partner for more than 6 months;
•7.IIEF-5 score > 21;
•8.HAMD score 8-17.

•1.Combined with other sexual dysfunction;
•2.The spouse has sexual dysfunction;
•3.Systemic disease with severe physical diseases, such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, endocrine, hematopoietic, nervous system diseases, and a history of drug/alcohol or substance abuse within the past 6 months, as well as a history of long-term antipsychotic medication or mental disorders;
•4.Into the group before half a month had affect ejaculation function of drugs;
•5.Currently participating in, or has withdrawn within the past 30 days from, another clinical study that is not compatible with this study;
•6.MRI examination contraindicated;
•7.Suicidal tendencies;
•8.There are fertility requirements in the next three months.
