Inclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing elective lower limb surgery
ASA grade 1&2
Patients willing to take part in investigation
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusal for procedure
History of allergy to drug, infection at the site of injection over back
Patient with uncontrolled hypertension, cardiovascular disease, renal or hepatic disease
ASA grade 3&4 or more
Patient taking any psychotropic drugs,seizure disorder,coagulopathy,morbid obesity
