Inclusion Criteria
1.Female patients aged 30-65 years,
2.ASA grade I & II
3.Patients undergoing elective Robotic Abdominal
Hysterectomy under general anaesthesia will be selected
Exclusion Criteria
1.ASA grade III & IV patients
2.Age >65 years
3.BMI >35kg/m2
4.Allergy to local anaesthetic agents
5.History of use of opioid, analgesics and psychotropic drugs and beta blockers, substance abuse preoperatively
6.Uncontrolled hypertension, A-V conduction block, history of sleep apnoea
