- Indication
适用于产β内酰胺酶而对哌拉西林耐药、但对本品敏感的细菌（如大肠埃希菌、克雷伯菌属、柠檬酸杆菌属、肠杆菌属、沙雷菌属、变形杆菌属、摩根菌属、雷极普罗维登菌、铜绿假单胞菌、流感嗜血杆菌、不动杆菌属、葡萄球菌属和拟杆菌属等）所致的下列中、重度感染：
1.肺炎、肺脓肿、脓胸、支气管扩张合并感染和慢性阻塞性肺病继发性感染等下呼吸道感染；
2.创伤或外科伤口继发皮肤软组织感染、蜂窝织炎、皮肤脓肿、糖尿病足感染；
3.胆囊炎、胆管炎、肝脓肿和腹膜炎等腹腔感染；
4.盆腔炎、子宫内膜炎、子宫周围炎、附件炎、盆腔脓肿等生殖系统感染；
5.单纯或复杂性尿路感染。本品用于铜绿假单胞菌严重感染时，应联合氨基糖苷类等其他抗铜绿假单胞菌的药物。
