- •ASA 1 and 2
- •Men and women
- •Aged 18 to 60 years
- •Procedure time 30 to 120 min undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy procedures under general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •ASA 3 and 4
- •Difficult airway mallampati 3 and 4
- •Decreased lung compliance increased risk of aspiration
- •Emergency cases
- •Bleeding or coagulation disorder
- •Head and neck oral surgery
- •Age 60 years
- •Obese, BMI more than 28 kg per meter square
- •Patient refusal
