- •Receiving mechanical ventilation for at least 24 hours
排除标准
- •1. Neuromuscular disorders/spinal cord injury above lumbar region
- •2. Upper airway obstruction/ tracheostomy/ anatomical obstruction of lower airways
- •3. Diaphragmatic hernia or palsy
- •4. Congenital cyanotic heart disease
- •5. Chronically ventilated patients ( >3 weeks)
- •6. Primary pulmonary hypertension
- •7. Significantly decreased lung capacity
