- •Patients undergoing cardiac surgery from August first 2012 to July thirty-first 2015 in seoul asan medical center
排除标准
- •1)patients without perioperative serum creatinine test
- •2)preoperative renal failure patients, patients who have history of nephroectomy or kidney transplantation or dialysis
- •3)patients used preoperative inoptropes, mechanical assists
- •4)Ejection fraction less than 40%
- •5)patients who was considered inappropriate for study by researcher
- •6)patients who have severe lung diseases, history of respiratory diseases, and lung surgery
- •7)patients who have recents fever and history of infection
