Inclusion Criteria

1.Meet the western diagnostic criteria for acute upper respiratory tract infection;
2.Conforming to the standard of syndrome differentiation of both external and internal heat syndromes;
3.The ages ranged from 6 months to 14 years;
4.The course of the disease was less than 48 hours.
5.The parent or guardian signed the informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patients with serious primary diseases of heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;
2.Suppurative tonsillitis, bronchitis, bronchiolitis, pneumonia and other diseases;
3.Severe malnutrition, rickets;
4.Persons under 3 years of age with a history of febrile convulsions;
5.Allergic to known components of this preparation;
