1.Se incluirán pacientes que vayan a ser sometidos a una artroplastia total de rodilla con isquemia.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Pacientes con alergia inmediata (anafiláctica) a la penicilina.
2.Pacientes con alergia a las cefalosporinas.
3.Pacientes que estén en tratamiento antibiótico.
