Inclusion Criteria
1.ASA Physical status I and II
2.Posted for elective lower limb orthopedic surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient refusing to participate in the study
2.Allergy to amide local anaesthetic
3.Patient with ischemic heart block and Dysarhythmias
4.Patient taking alpha 2 antagonist,ACE inhibitors,Calcium Channel blokers and Beta Blokers
