1. Patients with zygomaticomaxillary complex fractures that involve infraorbital foramen.
2. Both unilateral and bilateral fractures.
3. Both male and female.
4. Age above 18 years.
5. Patients who are conscious are only included in the study
1. Undisplaced zygomticomaxillary complex fractures that does
not involve the infra-orbital foramen.
2. Patients aged below 18 yea rs.
3. Patients who cannot take oral tablets due to any medical
reasons.
4. Fractures involving the mandible.
5. Pregnant women.
6. Patients who are on blood thinners, antianxiety drugs,
nifidipine, diabetic medications.
