Inclusion Criteria

Patients aged 2 to 6 years who visit the Pediatric Emergency Department of Seoul National University Hospital who need intravenous placement for diagnosis or treatment

Exclusion Criteria

When the pain scale cannot be applied due to developmental delay or facial deformity
When it is necessary to secure an emergency venous blood vessel due to a shock condition or a decrease in consciousness
When communication is not possible in Korean, and the consent of the guardian cannot be obtained
