Inclusion Criteria
Patients aged between 17 and 60, with medically intractable epilepsy and a well-defined lesion on MRI, scheduled to undergo surgical resection of the epileptogenic focus with the use of ECoG guidance under general anaesthesia will be enrolled.
Exclusion Criteria
We will exclude patients with a history of hypertension, arrhythmias, ischemic heart disease, morbid obesity, pregnancy or known allergy to the drugs used.
