1. Healthy person aged from 40 to 90 years old.
2. HbA1c is 6.0% or less.
3. Intake rate of 80% or more for 3 months.
1. Persons with a history of serious illness.
2. Those who have abnormal liver function and renal function test values(Based on the standard values of Ehime University Hospital as of December 1, 2019).
3. Persons who have impaired cardiopulmonary function.
4. Those with food and drug allergies.
5. Those who have undergone gastrointestinal surgery.
6. Persons with chronic or acute infectious diseases at the discretion of doctors.
7. Participants in other clinical trials at the start of this study.
8. Those who play intense sports and are on a diet.
9. Pregnant person.
10. Those who are clearly demented(Exclude 19 points or less on the Hasegawa scale).
11.Those who are already being treated for diabetes
12. Other persons who are judged inappropriate by the investigator.
