Inclusion Criteria
Students of dentistry
- Generally healthy
- Consuming more than 25 g of free sugars per day (determined via RKI-DEGS questionnaire)
Exclusion Criteria
- Diabetes mellitus and other diseases affecting the sugar metabolism
- Eating disorders

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Mention of symptoms associated with sugar avoidence. These are queried daily for 4 weeks in a symptom diary according to both suggestions and free entry.
