- •Patient who underwent primary single\-bundle arthroscopic ACL reconstruction using a hamstring autograft with or without meniscal surgeries in Nakornping hospital from 1st June 2021 to 31st May 2023
排除标准
- •Use of other grafts
- •Revision ACL reconstruction
- •Concomitant knee cartilage or collateral ligament surgeries
- •History of knee surgery on the affected knee
- •Concomitant fracture
- •Coagulation or bleeding disorders
- •Preoperative anticoagulation treatment
- •History of tranexamic acid or epinephrine allergy
