2. Emergency patients
3. Patients with/without atrial fibrillation
4. Inclusion within 12h of hospital admission
5. Patient consent
Exclusion Criteria
1. Age <18 years
2. Myelodysplastic syndrome
3. Leukemia
4. Withdrawl of the patient
