Women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) according to the Rotterdam criteria
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) candidate
Age 45-30 years
No smoking
Male reproductive health

Exclusion Criteria

Uncontrolled thyroid disorder
Diagnosis of severe depression
