- •Adult patients 1. aged between 18-60 years of 2. either sex, belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists 3. (ASA) physical status I or II scheduled for elective surgery requiring general anaesthesia and 4. secured airway will be enrolled in the study
排除标准
- •1. Refusal to give consent
- •2.Patients with disorder of cardiovascular, hepatic, renal or neuromuscular system
- •3.Pregnant and lactating ladies
- •4.Known allergy to study drug
